Warning: Use of the Service, specifically the data capture and OCR functionality, is strictly prohibited while operating a vehicle. WattLog is not responsible for any incidents resulting from distracted driving.

USA (CCPA/CPRA/TDPSA) Rights

WattLog utilizes automated systems, specifically Optical Character Recognition (OCR), to interpret visual data from vehicle dashboards. By using this Service, you acknowledge that you are interacting with an AI-driven system. Results are estimates and should be verified for accuracy by the user.
4. International Data Transfers
Data is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. For users in the EU and UK, these transfers are conducted in accordance with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other valid transfer mechanisms to ensure an adequate level of data protection as defined by your local authority.
5. Biometric Data & Prohibited Content
In accordance with Texas (CUBI), Illinois (BIPA), and EU privacy standards, users are strictly prohibited from uploading images that contain facial geometry, fingerprints, or other biometric identifiers. WattLog is intended for vehicle dashboard metrics only.
6. Dispute Resolution
Arbitration: For US-based users, disputes will be settled via binding individual arbitration in Collin County, Texas. For users in the EU, UK, and Canada, disputes may be settled in the competent courts of your country of residence, depending on local consumer protection laws.
